ok but budget

the property is centrally located with a lot of food options within walking distance. food at the hotel is a bit restricted with a very limited breakfast menu.

it’s an older hotel but value for money. you have limited options if you want to be central.

Need bigger tv, need Internet connection, need microwave.

No Internet connection the whole time I was there for 4 day.

Poor facilities inside the room!

We only liked the location.

We didn't like the room because there were ants on the side of the night table, the bed was very soft, the Toilet flush was broken, the water was always flowing, you always needed to push the water stopper. The window cannot be closed completely. So the noise outside, you can hear it inside the room, then the switch of the air condition is also broken. Shower is cold, hot shower doesn't work. Then the breakfast is only a menu, it is ready to serve, the contents of the plate are like children's sizes. The drink is only coffee, when you order Tea you need to pay extra for it. They know that many guests also do not drink coffee. So far the only good thing about them is their staff, very humble and helpful.

Peaceful Pleasant Well Located.

The staff here were really nice and everyone always smiled so in return I smiled back. The building might not be the newest but it was clean and professionally staffed. This hotel kinda has a dark theme about the interior that's realizing.

I should have reserved a bigger room and maybe I would have gotten a fridge.

Hotel in the center of Cebu

Front desk staff were really helpful.

Rooms with no windows. Second time for me to be put in one. I thought reserving a more expensive room would give me a room with a window. No such luck.

my stay was very good . Staff , breakfast and room all very good

The breakfast and location were very good

I did not like the fact that there is no personal safe in the room . Yes there is a safe in reception , but today people expect to have a personal safe for passport, money , jewellery etc. It is inconvenient having to go down to reception to use the safe .

I will recommend the property for a stay vacation.

Beds are comfy. Foods are delicious. Staff are helpful and friendly. Safe place.

The towels need to be replaced with new ones; all worned out. Buy new supplies of towels. The bedsheets are worned out; Must buy new sets of warmer sheets. The furnitures are old and need to be replaced. No facial tissues in the room.

The staff,the place,the clean room and the big size of bathroom...

I don't like the situations when we hear some noise outside from some guest,dunno if they're aware that some people or guest there had to rest. Sometimes the loud voice,the shouting while laughing and even knocking at the door were so annoying. I hope they will know how to respect some guest who are in the middle of there dreams.
